There is a mandatory 13% City of Lauderdale by the Sea Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) added to your stay, which may have been collected at time of reservation. GUEST ACCESS You will have full access to the entire house and backyard with extreme privacy! CHILDREN & POOL NOTE: There is no lifeguard on site and there is no safety pool fence around pool.
